These terms govern your use of this website. They're about the website itself — browsing it, using the enquiry form, relying on what's published here. They are not the contract that applies once you engage ClearMetric for a project; that's covered separately, as explained in section 6.

ClearMetric ("we", "us", "our") is an independent Power BI and business intelligence consultancy operating in the UK. References to "you" mean anyone visiting or using this website.

You're welcome to browse this site and use the enquiry form to get in touch. You agree not to:

• Use automated means (scraping, bots, harvesting) to extract content from the site without our permission
• Submit false, misleading or malicious information through the enquiry form

5. Accuracy of information on this site

We try to keep this website accurate and up to date, but it's provided for general information only. Service descriptions, package inclusions and the pricing shown on the pricing page are indicative starting points ("from" prices) rather than binding quotes — the actual scope and cost for your project is confirmed only after a consultation and written proposal. Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice, and it shouldn't be relied on as such without first speaking to us directly about your specific circumstances.

6. Enquiries and engagements

Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation — it is not an order, booking or contract, and doesn't commit either party to anything. If we agree to work together, the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and other terms of that engagement will be set out in a separate proposal or agreement, which will govern the project. These website terms don't form part of that agreement.

7. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites (for example, the ICO). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience and don't imply endorsement.

8. Availability of this website
